Sophie (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers in-person and online psychotherapy. She provides a warm, down-to-earth space for teens (15+), adults, and couples with a dedicated focus on supporting neurodivergent and queer folk.
Sophie specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma, social anxiety, body image and self-esteem, identity shifts, religious deconstruction, OCD, and relationship dynamics. Whether you feel disconnected from yourself and others, are stuck on "autopilot," or are struggling with body image and identity, her goal is to help you move beyond symptom reduction toward a more embodied, authentic sense of being.
As a Certified Trauma Professional with a Master’s degree in Theology: Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, Sophie integrates evidence-informed tools including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT, ERP and Gestalt therapy whilst tailoring care based on your lived experience.
