[email protected], 519-804-6545 x9
Juliana works from a strengths based framework and supports clients aged 16-80 struggling with neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. ADHD, ASD), anxiety, abuse, aging, women's issues, gender, communication issues, and self-esteem. Juliana believes that healing can be found through a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Her practice offers clients a safe space where each can come as they are and leave feeling more aligned with who they aspire to be. Clients often describe her style as warm, approachable and empowering. She incorporates Cognitive and Humanistic approaches using ACT, REBT, ERP, Narrative and Gestalt therapies.
Her educational background includes a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a focus on Race, Class, and Gender Studies. Her belief that systems and structures of power profoundly impact mental health is something that informs her macro-approach to anti-oppressive healing. Feel free to book a free consultation to see if she is a good fit for you, or inquire about her adult ADHD Support Group!
