Cass believes that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. As humans, we all encounter moments of struggle, whether through painful emotions, difficult relationships, or periods of feeling lost or overwhelmed. Cass believes therapy can be a place to gently explore these challenges with compassion and curiosity, rather than judgment or fear. Clients do not have to face these moments alone. Cass values working with the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and supports clients in reconnecting with their inner strengths and resilience. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, with treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Through her experience working with individuals across the lifespan, Cass understands that every person’s story and path to healing is different. She has experience supporting families, adults, children, and youth with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, and neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Cass believes therapy is a collaborative process. Together, clients can work toward greater self-awareness, healing, empowerment, and a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Cass understands that starting therapy can feel daunting, and that finding the right therapist is an important step in the process. She offers a free 15-minute phone consultation for individuals who would like to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
