Cass is an our Office Manager, an is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care at Martin Luther University College. Having completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph, as well as Diploma in the General Arts from Humber College, Cass has a passion for holistic healing. She brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and compassionate care to her work. In her role, Cass coordinates day-to-day office operations, ensuring that clients feel supported and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As she advances in her studies, Cass continues to develop a well-rounded perspective on psychotherapy, spiritual care, and the role of compassionate communication in the healing process. Whether managing schedules, responding to inquiries, or guiding clients through the initial steps of finding the right professional, she is committed to creating an environment of care, trust, and personal growth.
Cass is thrilled to be part of a team that is dedicated to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys, combining her practical administrative skills with a deep commitment to emotional and spiritual healing. Alongside Juliana, Cass runs our Focus Foragers ADHD Support Group, and is eager to share her knowledge of executive functions, the neurobiology of ADHD, and how ADHD presents in adulthood.
