Book Sabrina

Sabrina (she/her) is a trauma-informed, humanistic practitioner completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University who believes the therapeutic relationship is the driving force of growth. She has ten years of experience working as both an educator and with children, youth and families to navigate developmental and behavioural concerns. She also holds a degree in grief, bereavement, and loss studies from the University of Western Ontario where she focused on trauma and living-loss studies.

She has experience working with those encountering struggles with anxiety, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, personality disorders, and grief/loss.

She is committed to holding space for her clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard. Her goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to feel validated, heard and seen for who they are so they can be empowered as they show up in life. Because therapy is not a one size fits all process, Sabrina works with her clients to address the root cause of present-day concerns through intentional, proactive listening and collaborates with her clients to utilize their strengths in creating a plan of action that supports the individual's process. She is passionate about working with people and supporting clients in their healing journey and understands the incredible strength it takes to reach out for support.

She provides in-person (429 Queen Street S., Kitchener, ON.) and remote (video/call) psychotherapy and counselling services.
